A. GRIECHENLAND und die Photovoltaik Anlage auf dem Dach

Das Photovoltaik Bungalow Projekt in Porto Heli-Ermioni wird vom Developer auf der Porto Heli Webseite www.PortoHeli.gr angeboten. Sie müssen sich aber beeilen, die Anmeldefrist endet im Februar 2011 und die Anzahl der vorhandenen Grundstücke ist begrenzt.

Die Förderung für Photovoltaik-Anlagen wird zum 1. Januar 2011 erneut gekürzt. Hausbesitzer, die ab diesem Zeitpunkt eine neue Anlage in Betrieb nehmen, erhalten nur noch eine Einspeisevergütung von 28,74 Cent je Kilowattstunde Strom.

Diese Vergütung wird nur 20 Jahre plus das Jahr der Inbetriebnahme gezahlt. Wer seine Solarstromanlage bis zum 31. Dezember 2010 ans Netz gebracht hat, profitiert noch 20 Jahre lang von einer Vergütung in Höhe von 33,03 Cent.

Ververonda - Kantina Beach

The Ververonda area is the new upcoming property area in Porto Heli. Waterfront plots are already rare, but there are plots with a building permit and ready made houses available within walking distance to the sea.

If you want to have a panoramic seaview, the Ververonda Hill area is the best choice for you. There you'll find a quiet surrounding, excellent view towards Spetses island and across the sea until the mountains of Arcadia. From the mainroad which stretches along the coastal line you'll find access to the hill sides through the side roads Eisodos A, B, G, D,....

Ververonda has nice beaches and Karamouza, Kantina and Apollo Beach are my favourites. At the Apollo Beach area of Ververonda are currently smaller plots (400m2 -500 m2) with building permits available. But personally I prefer to have a larger plot which offers more privacy, so I would always opt for a 2000 m2 or 4000m2 large property on a hill instead of a small property at the beach.

The Vereveronda area is a good choice for serious investors and property buyers. Property prices have increased steadily of the last 10 years in this neighbourhood and will climb up further over the next few years because of the strong request for plots and houses within a moderate distance to the village centre of Porto Heli.
